The Future Forum
Where the future of Black women meets the future of technology.
The S.E.A.T. Future Forum is the nation's premier executive convening dedicated to shaping the future of Black women and girls.
Each year, S.E.A.T. brings together visionary CEOs, corporate directors, entrepreneurs, elected officials, philanthropists, scholars, creatives, technologists, and community leaders to explore one transformational theme that will define the next decade of opportunity.
The 2026 Forum asks
What happens when Black women are not simply consumers of technology — but creators, owners, decision-makers, and architects of the future?
Why the Future Forum exists
The technology revolution is happening now.
Artificial intelligence is transforming industries. Automation is reshaping work. Digital platforms are changing how businesses are built. Biotechnology is redefining healthcare. Technology is creating new pathways to wealth — and new risks for communities that aren't represented in the rooms where decisions are made.
Black women cannot afford to be spectators.
The Future Forum exists to create a space where Black women can learn, question, connect, strategize, lead, and build.
This is not a conversation about whether technology matters.
It is a conversation about who gets to shape it.
The S.E.A.T. philosophy
Access is not enough.
A seat at the table matters.
But what happens after you get there matters even more.
S.E.A.T. believes Black women must have access to the tables where decisions are made — and the influence, information, relationships, resources, and confidence necessary to help shape those decisions.
The Future Forum embodies that philosophy.
We don't just invite Black women to the table. We prepare them to shape the table.
